Change & "deep health" coaching

I want to help you understand why you are where you are and how to get to where you want to be.

Change can be hard and uncomfortable but it's also an inevitable part of our human experience and a driver of growth and resilience. Sometimes it's a choice, sometimes it's forced upon us. Either way, it's important to have the skills to adapt and move on when needed.

My goal with my coaching practice is to get you as close as possible to "deep health" - health and balance in every dimension of your life: physical, emotional, environmental, mental, existential and relational. Because humans and our existence are a sum of how we experience each of these aspects and their overlap.

 

I want to coach people as "a whole" in lives that are lived as "a whole".

Achieving this sense of deep health and well-being might require changes and that generate stress, so my mission is to guide and accompany you on your journey through change, however that process might look, and make sure you come out on the other side stronger and better prepared for whatever may come next.

SSR COACHING

Sleep, Stress management & Recovery (SSR) coaching provides the structure, science and tools to optimise sleep, better manage stress and recover more effectively.

 

These three elements constitute the foundation of "deep health" and with a holistic approach, SSR coaching aims to help and accompany people in the process of understanding how and why did they get to where they are feeling stuck, and guide them into finding balance and a healthy and general sense of well being where they can thrive again.

FITNESS COACHING

Whatever your fitness goal is, mine is to make sure you go through the process unafraid, confident and knowing that every step is worth the effort. There's no other way.

Fitness is not supposed to be intimidating, so my role here is to give you the tools you need to step into your training zone knowing what you're doing and feeling safe and self-assured. Strong from day one

Irene helped me get back to shape after a long break. She was very careful about my previous injuries and adjusted training intensity, so I was progressing fast, but without pushing too hard. Super positive experience. She’s very friendly, calm, didn’t yell at me:) and has a way to tell if you’re just being lazy and she needs to push a little or is the exercise too much on a given day. Flexible about time and listens carefully to what it is, you, in particular, want to achieve with training - she really makes it personalized. I have been training with Irene from a month and I want to reccomend her as a personal trainer. I haven't been into sport for a long while and she helped me come back into shape, step by step. It's very hard to force yourself into training after a break like this but Irene keeps motivating me and she always surprises me with some new and exciting exercices. What's more important she always listens to me, she wants to know what i like and what don't. Then she uses that feedback to create more suitable training program which makes every meeting an interesting adventure.
